About Us:
We are a fast-growing SaaS company helping renters find homes faster across 15 countries, impacting +1M users monthly. Currently, we spend $100K/month on ads (80% Google, 10% Meta, 5% TikTok, 5% small affiliate channels) with skilled specialists managing these platforms. However, we aim to scale ad spend 3x this year and need a strategic leader to guide the team and unlock even greater potential.
Our service is scaling rapidly, but we face challenges in optimizing and aligning our performance marketing efforts across multiple paid channels. To address this, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to define and lead our multi-channel strategy.
Our Current Challenges
1. Channel Silos: Each channel (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is managed by specialists, but we lack a unified strategy to maximize performance across the full funnel. We need you to get us better attribution overview. How will you do this?
2. Scaling Meta Ads: While Google Ads delivers good CPAs, Meta Ads are harder to scale due to strict CPA targets, despite their contribution to the overall funnel. How will you approach this?
3. Unlocking TikTok’s Potential: TikTok has shown significant reach for brand awareness, but its role in the full funnel isn’t clearly defined. How will you approach this?
4. Cross-Channel Synergy: We need better alignment between channels to ensure TOF traffic (Meta, TikTok) supports BOF conversions (Google). How will you approach this?
5. Team Coordination: Our team of specialists needs a leader to guide and align their efforts for maximum funnel success. How will you approach this?
Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will own the full funnel strategy, ensuring each channel contributes effectively to the customer journey. You will define goals, align the team, and optimize campaigns to achieve the highest ROAS and customer acquisition volume.
1. Full Funnel Strategy:
• Develop a clear, multi-channel performance marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Ensure each channel supports the overall funnel, from TOF brand awareness to BOF conversions.
2. Scaling Campaigns:
• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns across channels while maintaining profitability.
• Define success metrics beyond CPA (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV) to measure the impact of each channel.
3. Cross-Channel Alignment:
• Drive synergy between channels, ensuring TOF platforms (Meta, TikTok) support Google Ads for BOF conversions.
• Optimize attribution models (e.g., 7-day click + 1-day view) to better capture cross-channel impact.
4. Team Leadership:
• Lead and align a team of channel specialists (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Provide coaching and direction to ensure the team executes effectively on the shared strategy.
5. Data-Driven Decisions:
• Set up unified dashboards to track performance across all channels and measure overall funnel success.
• Use data insights to inform budget allocation and prioritization.
6. Testing and Experimentation:
• Foster a culture of continuous testing (A/B tests, new formats, audience experiments) to drive performance improvements.
7. TikTok Growth:
• Develop a strategy to maximize TikTok Ads’ role in TOF campaigns, ensuring it feeds the funnel effectively.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven results across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong knowledge of full funnel strategies, attribution models, and ROAS optimization.
• Experience leading and managing a team of marketing specialists.
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Looker Studio).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
