RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Design seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and ensure smooth transitions during offboarding.
- Employee Relations: Be the go-to advisor for employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and guide managers in team evaluations.
- Learning & Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to support employee growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll processes and optimize employee benefits.
- Social Media & Branding: Oversee Instagram and PR activities to promote a strong employer brand.
- HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR data to measure and improve effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: At least 1 year as an IT HR Manager or in a similar role.
- Languages: English Intermediate or higher.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Tools: Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
- Creativity: Ability to manage social media content and enhance employer branding.
- Adaptability: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
