Project Manager

Launch Labs is searching for an organized and enthusiastic Project Manager with excellent communication skills.

The project is a leading lacrosse training platform in North America, offering both in-person coaching and award-winning remote training through its app. It provides access to elite instruction from top players like Rob Pannell, Grant Ament, Tom Schreiber, and Mac O’Keefe. The platform caters to players of all positions and skill levels, ensuring high-quality training anytime, anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

• collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and align deliverables with business goals;
• serve as the primary communication channel between development teams and stakeholders, explaining the processes;
• prepare artifacts, and technical documentation;
• manage project scope and team resources;
• develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations;
• regularly report on project status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies;
• proactively identify areas for improvement and drive innovation in project workflows;
• test the product according to the requirements.   

Requirements:

• advanced level of English (both written and spoken);
• 2 years of commercial experience as a PM;
• strong time management and organizational skills;
• strong understanding of Scrum processes;
• practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirement management tools;
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• good knowledge of identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements;
• experience in drafting functional / business/system requirement specifications;
• patience, empathy, and a collaborative mindset when engaging with teams and stakeholders.
