Lead Business Analyst (Blockchain) Offline

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst with experience in Blockchain to join our team. Our ideal candidate would be willing to share his experience, enhance our process, and bring new ideas.

Team: 3 Business Analysts

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of experience in the software development industry (outsourcing companies) in the position of Business Analyst, Product Analyst
• Understanding of Blockchain principals, DeFi & NFT, cross-chain communications, Ethereum, Polkadot & substrate-based chains, L2 infrastructure, ZK rollups, and ZK in general
• Understanding of Bitcoin & Bitcoin L2s  (nice to have)
• Good time management skills to feel confident with multi-task activities;
• Good communication skills (working with customers and the development team)
• Upper-intermediate or above English level

Responsibilities:
 

• Leading a BA team
• Participation in Pre-sale (workshop with clients, estimation, offer preparation)
• Participation in the Discovery phase
• Requirements Management (from elicitation to production)
• Preparation of documentation (business rules, as is/to flow, drawing up requirements, data configuration, use cases, user stories, functional specs)
• Business Process Optimization
• Investigation, market analysis
• Cooperation with the PR team (drawing research articles and their publication)
