Our company is looking for a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with potential clients, driving our business growth. LinkedIn provides the perfect platform to find professionals with expertise in this critical role.


What you will need to do:

  • Understand and form the ICP on LinkedIn
  • Create the lead generation strategy and communication plan on Linkedin
  • Research-driven qualification of the potential customers based on ICP
  • Arrange the initial Leads / Clients contacts
  • Add and keep up-to-date leads’ information in CRM
  • Understanding of KPIs and Hitting your lead generation quota
  • Close cooperation with Sales Team and Team Lead
  • Weekly & monthly reporting and Meetings

 

Required Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation
  • English: Upper-intermediate or Advanced
  • Experience in working for IT outsource companies and Digital agencies
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Email Marketing Tools
  • Experience with CRM-systems (PipeDrive) 
  • Experience with Google tools (Sheets, Docs)
  • Experience in conducting cold outreach campaigns for western markets,
  • You are an organized, responsible, and goal-oriented person
  • Understanding the software development industry or/and product development cycle is a plus
  • Excellent research and analytics abilities
  • Basic knowledge of the IT industry (Services, Solutions)
  • Consistency in day-to-day work

 

Will be a plus:

  • General knowledge of forming ICP, buyer persona, buyer committee, buying triggers
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Experience with Linked Helper and email outreach tools
