We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and optimize our online casino operations on the SoftSwiss platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and a proven track record in managing online gaming products, ensuring seamless performance, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the online casino industry.
  • Hands-on experience working with the SoftSwiss platform is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of online gaming products, including casino games, payments, and player engagement tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs, user data, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact with cross-functional teams and third-party providers.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage (Russian, Ukrainian).

Responsibilities:

  1. SoftSwiss Platform Management:
    • Oversee daily operations and full functionality of the SoftSwiss platform.
    • Manage integrations with game providers, payment solutions, and third-party services.
    • Troubleshoot platform-related issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
  2. Product Development and Roadmap:
    • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap to align with business goals.
    • Implement new features and updates on the SoftSwiss platform to enhance user experience and performance.
  3. Game and Payment Integrations:
    • Coordinate the setup and launch of new games and payment providers.
    • Test and configure integrations to ensure seamless operation and optimal user engagement.
  4. User Experience Optimization:
    • Analyze player behavior, gather feedback, and optimize platform usability.
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement changes to improve player retention, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) and external partners to execute product strategies.
    • Ensure clear documentation of processes, product updates, and configurations.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, churn rate, and revenue growth.
    • Provide regular performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
  7. Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure all platform features comply with regulatory and operational requirements.
    • Monitor and uphold security standards to safeguard player data.

Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience with other iGaming platforms or similar SaaS solutions.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and prototyping tools.
  • Background in conducting A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems.
