BI Analyst

For our client - Physician's Choice (American product company) - looking for passionate, results-driven BI Analyst, who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an efficient multi-tasker with a get-it-done, figure-it-out attitude.  

Important: you need to work a set schedule from 4 PM to 1 AM (with a 1-hour break).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI
• Create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge
• Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and build data infrastructure
• Check data for inaccuracies and inconsistencies
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets and transform the data into insightful information
• Conduct complex data analysis and report on business performance
• Assist with decision making by creating detailed reports
• Implement new data analysis methodologies
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst, deep knowledge of PowerBI
• Deep understanding of databases, data analysis procedures, and data visualization
• SQL: deep knowledge 
• Python and R: nice to have 
• Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data sets
• Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to look at data and detect trends and patterns
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English: Upper intermediate)
• Working a set schedule from 4 PM to 1 AM (Ukrainian time) (with a 1-hour break), perfect for those who prefer a later shift.
