Key Responsibilities:
1.Community Growth & Engagement:
- Cultivate an engaged community by initiating meaningful on-trend conversations.
- Strategize and execute initiatives to grow the community with inbound and outbound leads.
2.Establish Thought Leadership:
- Share your expertise, facilitate discussions, and organize exclusive content that sets the community apart as a must-join space for B2B sales professionals.
3.Empower the Sales Community:
- Act as the voice of the sales community within Snov.io, ensuring their needs, challenges, and feedback are heard and addressed.
4.Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with our product, marketing, and CC teams to create campaigns, resources, and events that resonate with the community.
5.Monitor and Moderate:
- Keep the community thriving by ensuring a positive environment, resolving conflicts, and addressing any challenges proactively.
Please note: this role does not suppose conducting one-on-one demos or selling the product directly to users. There will be no sales KPIs or other related sales metrics for this role, only metrics regarding community engagement, etc.
