AI/ML Engineer to $3500 Offline

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning/AI Engineer specializing in document processing and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will build and maintain sophisticated AI pipelines for document processing and develop LLM-based solutions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement document processing pipelines for various formats (PDF, DOC, images) using state-of-the-art OCR and content extraction techniques
• Develop and maintain LLM pipelines, including fine-tuning models for specific use cases
• Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Implement efficient parallel processing solutions for large-scale data processing
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and scale ML solutions
• Maintain documentation and best practices for AI/ML systems
• Monitor and optimize model performance and infrastructure costs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning/AI engineering
• Strong Python programming skills with expertise in parallel processing
• Demonstrated experience with document processing libraries and OCR technologies
• Proven track record of working with LLMs (e.g., fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
• Experience with RAG systems and vector databases
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in natural language processing and computer vision
• Familiarity with ML model serving frameworks
• Experience with distributed computing systems
• Contributions to open-source ML projects
