Responsibilities
 

- Providing the network with webmasters and teams and constantly updating their pool

- Building long-term partnerships with key partners

- Conducting negotiations, defending the interests of the company

- Building an effective approach to work that will significantly increase traffic volumes

- Formation and testing of hypotheses that affect traffic growth

- Attending specialized international conferences

Requirements

- Knowledge of the affiliate sphere and its standards

- At least 2 years in the iGaming sphere

- Good orientation in the market (webmasters, teams)

- Understanding the specifics of the CPA network, principles of working with partners, types of traffic sources

- Understanding the specifics of assessing the quality of traffic, principles of improving the quality of traffic

- Ability to collect and analyze basic statistical metrics

- Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and solve win-win complex cases

- English level B2 and the desire to improve it
