Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing, documenting, and optimizing requirements. Your contributions will drive process improvements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with industry standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct classic requirements analyses to identify and define business needs. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. 
• Review and create detailed requirement specifications or user stories. 
• Identify areas for improvement in requirement processes. 
• Implement enhancements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency. 
• Ensure all requirements and processes adhere to industry standards and best practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Strong understanding of IT industry standards and trends. 
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC). 
• Excellent knowledge of requirements lifecycle processes, including elicitation, documentation, and management. 
• Solid understanding of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques. 
• Experience with requirements management tools and platforms. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
