Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst for a project in the USA.
The product is a cloud marketplace that simplifies the process of buying, selling, and managing cloud solutions. The platform's functionality includes 24/7 support, consolidated billing, and access to 70+ products in one place.
The service integrates with the API of its providers and initiates the automation process within seconds after an order is placed. The project’s technology is supported by Wingman Experience, which provides all the necessary resources for cloud business development.
The company has been in the market since 2012. They have offices in the USA, Netherlands, UK, and Australia. They have already attracted over $400 million in investments. The product has approximately 23,000 users. The company’s partners include well-known services such as Zoom, Microsoft, AWS, Ironscales, LastPass, TitanHQ, Viasat, etc. The company employs over 1,000 people.
We have been collaborating with the client for almost three years. On our side, there is a team engaged in mobile development. The beta version of the mobile app is already available for download. The team works under the Scrum methodology.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Smoke/User Acceptance Testing
- Understanding of SDLC
- Scrum
- User stories, technical documentation, diagrams, etc.
- Experience working with UI/UX prototypes and mockups
- Jira, Confluence
- Understanding of technologies (how Front-End and Back-End interact, API communication, integration patterns, Swagger usage, etc.)
- Experience with mobile and web applications
- Strong communication skills
- Result-oriented approach
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Would be a plus:
- Experience as a QA Manual
- Experience in e-commerce projects

Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with the PO
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams
- Create and document requirements in User story format
- Formulate business requirements for technical teams
- Leading backlog refinement meetings with the team
- Participate in Scrum meetings
- Assist in product backlog management
- Take part in system and user acceptance testing, verifying implemented solutions
- Preparing and delivering demo presentations for stakeholders
- Expand and maintain documentation in Confluence
