Position Overview:
We're looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and PPC to develop and execute comprehensive search marketing strategies for our U.S.-based clients. This role combines technical SEO knowledge with paid search expertise to deliver measurable results. While client communication will be in English, internal team collaboration will be conducted in Russian/Ukrainian.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives
• Perform regular SEO audits and provide recommendations for website optimization
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using various analytics tools
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients in English
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of SEO and PPC initiatives
• Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends and implement industry best practices

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC management
• Demonstrated success in improving search rankings and managing Google Ads campaigns
• Proficient in using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Google Analytics
• Google Ads certification and experience with campaign optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities
• Professional English communication skills for U.S. market operations
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple client accounts
