Team Structure: Our team - 2 Middle Engineers and Engineering Manager from client's side.
Hiring Stages: HR Interview, Technical Interview, Final Interview with Customer.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Platform, DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
- Solid experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Pulumi or others, CI/CD frameworks like GitHub Actions, Jenkins or others, cloud providers like AWS, GCP or Azure, and monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus or others.
- Proven track record of architecting and leading complex technical solutions.
- Experience with backend software development and you feel comfortable using languages such as Go, Java, C# or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and a product oriented mindset.
- English level: Upper-intermediate+.
Role Responsibilities:
- Design and develop products and features for our Internal Developer Platform, focusing on infrastructure, observability and CI/CD, among others.
- Apply software engineering best practices to create a reliable, scalable and maintainable ecosystem of platform products.
- Discuss requirements with the squad product manager, engineering manager and technical lead, refine them with stakeholders and use them to scope the necessary work.
- Understand the challenges of other engineering teams, be able to deep dive into their systems and support them adopting our platform products.
- Lead complete feature development projects.
- Perform code reviews, focusing on improving our code and release quality.
- Provide technical mentorship to your more junior peers.
- Present at demo sessions, guild meetings, or tech talks.
