We are looking for a CRO Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team composed of a project manager, data engineer, data analyst, UX researcher, UX/UI designer, copywriter, developer, and QA engineer. Your responsibility will be to drive significant improvements in key revenue metrics for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

— Lead a cross-functional team to implement and manage growth initiatives.

— Take ownership of delivering uplift in key revenue metrics for allocated clients.

— Work closely with the client’s product team to achieve tangible, quantifiable, and sustainable improvements in key revenue metrics by generating and validating data-driven CRO/UXO hypotheses.

— Manage multiple clients simultaneously, ensuring each receives a dedicated and effective optimization strategy.

Our work process includes in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to base our hypotheses. These are coordinated with the client, validated through A/B testing, and used to make data-driven decisions.

Required skills

— Proven track record in testing hypotheses and growing product conversion rates, LTV
— Advanced product analytics skills

— Experience with qualitative UX-research
— Experience in A/B testing
— Understanding of A/B testing statistics
— Strong understanding of monetization, CRO and UX best practices
— Excellent communication skills
— Upper-Intermediate English
