Lead Generation Manager (LinkedIn) Offline

We’re seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive outreach and engagement, setting the stage for impactful client relationships.
 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Linkedin  (lead generation channels)
  • Lead validation and warming
  • Writing email sequences
  • Experience with tender platforms (LinkedIn, others)
     

Preferred:

  • Experience in E-commerce
     

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted outreach to generate high-quality leads on LinkedIn
  • Follow up strategically to secure interest and maintain engagement
  • Utilize CRM tools and leadgen platforms to track progress and optimize efforts
  • Lead generation and bidding on LinkedIn
  • Generating 5-10 warm leads per month
  • Organizing 5 scheduled calls per month
  • Transferring leads to the Business Development Manager (BDM)
  • Entering data into the CRM system
  • Sending email sequences and messages
     

KPI Expectations:

  • Achieve a minimum 30% response rate
  • Schedule 1-2+ SQL calls per month
     

Selection Process:

  1. Interview with a recruiter
  2. Test task (optional, based on results of the first stage) + interview with HSD/BDM
  3. Interview with HR (optional with CEO)
