Sales representative - IT Company

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and help grow our IT company by establishing accounts, generating leads, securing initial clients, and driving sales. This role requires someone with strong experience in sales, lead generation, and business development, particularly in the IT and tech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Setup: Establish and manage accounts on relevant platforms to increase our brand presence.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, developing a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Acquisition: Implement strategies to secure the first wave of clients, building long-term relationships and fostering trust.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a sales strategy tailored to our target market.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, identifying new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track performance metrics, provide regular updates, and adjust strategies based on results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong networking abilities and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Location: Remote or On-site
