Full Slice is a young marketing agency working with US animal health and veterinary companies.

We help startups go to market and help more mature companies scale their business through strategic marketing, media and PR, and modern digital tactics.

 

About the role

 

As a Digital Marketer at Full Slice, you'll work with our team to craft and manage marketing campaigns that drive our clients' business goals. This role blends various aspects of marketing—from strategic planning and content development to technical campaign execution—ensuring that each campaign is tailored to meet the client’s goals.

 

What you'll do

 

  • Learn and understand the animal health market in North America, its most prominent players, corporate allegiances, typical roles, and personas
  • Research and develop article ideas, create lead magnets, and assemble all the necessary components to build effective advertising campaigns
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns
  • Configure and maintain Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics 4 accounts
  • Design and deploy email campaigns
  • Monitor & optimize campaign metrics

 

About you

 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Confident English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously

The hiring process

  2. If there's a fit, we give you a paid test task and an English proficiency test. We will either send you a Rozetka gift card or donate to a cause of your choice.
  3. If you perform nicely, we will advance you to the first interview. It will take about an hour, and we will discuss your previous work experience in English.
  4. If there's a match, we'll conduct the final, less formal interview, during which you'll meet all team members.

English proficiency: we will conduct the majority of the interview in English.

Relevant experience: seeking proven experience managing marketing campaigns and delivering tangible business results.

Hard skills: Ensuring you have technical skills in areas like GA4, GTM, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot or other CRMs, email marketing platforms, etc.

Analytics & reporting: experience with campaign performance reporting and presenting your findings.

 

The best candidates will have a balance of high-level perspective, hands-on experience, technical skills, and analytics rigor.
