Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gambling industry, a proven track record in creation and management Gambling company from scratch, the ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of all online casino operational processes.
  • Optimizing current processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Developing and implementing the company’s operational strategy.

 

Team Coordination:

  • Managing and coordinating the work of various departments, including customer support, payment processes, technical support and marketing.
  • Setting clear goals and KPIs for teams and monitoring their achievement.

 

Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Analyzing key metrics and data for decision-making.
  • Monitoring market trends and adapting operational strategies accordingly.

 

Risk Management:

  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing risks associated with operational activities.

 

Communication with partners and external organizations:

  • Interacting with partners, suppliers and regulators.
  • Representing the company at external events and forums.

 

Ensuring quality of service:

  • Guaranteeing a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Development and implementation of customer service standards.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Gambling industry;
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Head of Operations, Head of Casino, Head of Regions (or similar role) in Gambling;
  • Experience in building a gambling company from scratch;
  • Hands-on experience with different directions in Gambling structure;
  • Deep understanding of all processes, structure and capabilities of the gambling team;
  • Analytical and structured mindset;
  • Absolute independence and the ability of decision making;
  • “We can do” mindset;
  • Critical thinking and risk management;
  • High communication and managerial skills;
  • English — B1;
