VIP Account Specialist

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing Сompany with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We are currently seeking an ideal VIP Manager who involves re-engaging former VIP players, increasing their activity, analyzing potential VIP players in online casinos, converting them into loyal customers, and fostering positive feedback from clients regarding service and company attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze player behaviors and preferences to tailor exclusive offers, rewards, and experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, catering to their individual needs and preferences.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalated VIP queries or issues, ensuring swift resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align VIP initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Design personalized VIP journeys to enhance player engagement and loyalty.
• Prepare regular reports on VIP activity, player feedback, and program performance, offering insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a VIP Manager/Sales/Shift experience.
• Sales experience in online iGaming or similar internet services.
• Ability to communicate with clients via phone, messenger, email, and SMS.
• Familiarity with internet technologies and a willingness to learn quickly.
• High motivation for achieving results in a competitive environment.
• Online iGaming experience, SoftSwiss work is a significant plus.
• Upper-intermediate English level
