We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to become a part of our team.
Main Responsibilities
– Learn all the necessary information given for work
– Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline)
– Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service
– Be ready to work at night
– Interact with other departments to resolve issues
Mandatory Requirements
– Language: Turkish native
– Good written communication skills
– Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results
– Excellent basic computer skills
– Ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of work during training
