Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the overall operations of the company.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between HR and other departments.
- Optimize processes across various departments.
- Assist in obtaining necessary licenses and manage external communications.
- Address high-level tasks and challenges within the organization.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the influencer or entertainment industry in B2B.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Russian and English.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
