Full stack Developer for the Squad Lead position to $5000
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills for a corresponding position in a team of 2 to 5 people. You will be expected to work directly on products as well as manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 3 to 5 people, assigning tasks, and assessing risks, both technical on the project and the team side;
- Eliminating blockers at any stage - both technical and resource-related;
- Create products logic following the best practices of the domain development, and also taking into account user needs and product domain context;
- Deepen and evaluate product increment requirements in collaboration with a cross-functional squad including tech and proxy product owners;
- Come up with new initiatives within your area to improve performance;
- Take part in implementing, maintaining, and improving existing products.
Requirements:
- Experience in working in a product-focused team (as a Squad Lead would be a plus);
- English (Upper-intermediate and higher);
- Scrum process & Agile approach understanding;
- Proactive position and analytical skills;
- Problem-solving and strong leadership skills;
- 2+ years of Laravel development experience (on commercial projects.);
- Commercial experience with Vue.js (React.js, JS, jQuery acceptable);
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3;
- Experience with AWS, Google, and Microsoft services would be a plus;
- Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals and adherence to a coding standard;
- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and LAMP;
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases;
- Practice experience with building REST API services;
- Practice experience with Docker.
