Technical Project Manager to $1500 Offline

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within scope. The role requires effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a deep understanding of software development processes, and experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to manage project progress and performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively resolving challenges that arise.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the quality and performance of technical deliverables, coordinating testing and deployment activities.
• Manage change requests, ensuring that impacts on timelines and resources are clearly communicated and understood.
• Lead cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and processes.

   

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).

• Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.

   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools.

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

   

  What we offer:

• Monday to Friday, flexible working hours from 10:00 to 19:00.

• The tasks for the first 3 months will focus on adaptation and getting to know the team, followed by the first compensation review.
• Regular compensation reviews occur twice a year, based on your contribution and achievements.
