Recruitment Specialist

Location: Lviv

Where are you, our Recruiter? This person will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the recruiting process and will collaborate with C-level management, HR and marketing to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy. Requirements: 

• 3+ years of previous experience in IT Recruiting;
• Experience with recruiting for positions in the global market (Poland, EU, Eastern Europe region)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, ability to implement and develop them;
• An entertaining conversationalist with a good sense of humor and positive attitude;
• Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Result-oriented, responsible, creative mindset;
• Ability to work independently and help (mentor) other team members;
• Enthusiastic person with a ‘can-do’ approach;

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Salesforce vacancies is a huge advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and develop effective position profiles; 
• Provide a full-cycle recruitment process according to company standards;
• Сreate a pipeline of new candidates and nurture the existing ones;
• Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites, etc., creating new ways to engage candidates through sourcing and social media;
• Daily communication with potential candidates, conduct pre-screens, interviews and provide information about the company, ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Prepare weekly status reports;
• Collaborate with C-level management, HR and marketing to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy.
