Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry platforms, and other resources.
- LinkedIn outreach: actively engage in finding and reaching out to leads through personalized messages and communication on the platform.
- Create, update, and maintain an accurate customer database.
- Analyze and segment potential markets for further lead generation.
- Prepare reports on lead generation performance and provide recommendations for process optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a high-quality lead flow.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation or research.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach: ability to effectively search for and engage with potential clients.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or others).
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail: ability to identify high-quality leads and organize information.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
- English proficiency at intermediate level or higher for communication with international leads.
