Lead Researcher / Generation Offline

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry platforms, and other resources.
  • LinkedIn outreach: actively engage in finding and reaching out to leads through personalized messages and communication on the platform.
  • Create, update, and maintain an accurate customer database.
  • Analyze and segment potential markets for further lead generation.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation performance and provide recommendations for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a high-quality lead flow.
     

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation or research.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach: ability to effectively search for and engage with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or others).
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail: ability to identify high-quality leads and organize information.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
  • English proficiency at intermediate level or higher for communication with international leads.
