Junior Marketing Development Representative (offline)

An American IT company provides an opportunity to learn the sales and business of a premier commercial vehicle supplier from various perspectives within the company. As a Junior Marketing Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities and potential B2B clients.

Here’s what you would be doing day-to-day:

Researching, developing, and implementing sales strategies and tactics in practice
Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails
Presenting our company to potential clients
Identifying client needs and suggests appropriate products/services
Customizing product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
Here’s who we’re looking for:

Track record of success and over-achievement (in work or school-based setting)
Ambitious, enthusiastic, tenacious, and full of win
A consummate team player who enjoys what he/she is doing and inspiring everyone around you to do great work
Can deliver engaging presentations and comfort with creating prospecting videos is "a must"
Great at communicating on the phone, over email, and in person
Good level of English C1- C2 is “a must”
Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment​
Self-motivated with an ability to self-manage and work remotely​
Bonus points if you have BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field, experience work as a sales executive or similar
