We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team.
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate level of English - both verbal and written.
- From 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house.
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels.
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools (Boolean search, X-ray).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- We welcome creativity and proactive.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process with the ability to source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
- Active search for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks and other resources.
- Coordinating and organization of technical and customer interviews.
- Coordinating testing when necessary for candidates.
- Database accounting.
