Your work:
- Find and qualify leads exclusively via LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Keep CRM up-to-date and track your results
- Use AI tools (including ChatGPT) to speed up research, messaging, and lead enrichment ( Reply.io, Expandi, Hunter.io, Snov.io)
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team during outreach campaigns
- Continuously improve your LinkedIn outreach using data and feedback
We expect:
- 1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation / SDR (IT experience is a plus)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
- English — confident for business communication
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and disciplined approach
- Proactive and organized
- Sense of humor 🙂
