Your work:

  • Find and qualify leads exclusively via LinkedIn
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Keep CRM up-to-date and track your results
  • Use AI tools (including ChatGPT) to speed up research, messaging, and lead enrichment ( Reply.io, Expandi, Hunter.io, Snov.io)
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team during outreach campaigns
  • Continuously improve your LinkedIn outreach using data and feedback

We expect:

  • 1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation / SDR (IT experience is a plus)
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
  • English — confident for business communication
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and disciplined approach
  • Proactive and organized
  • Sense of humor 🙂
