Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing automation strategies, always staying updated with the latest best practices, techniques, and industry standards.
  • Design, create, test, deploy, and troubleshoot various campaign facets.
  • Handle the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, campaign management, and data management.
  • Efficiently manage projects to ensure timely results delivery.
  • Engage with clients for requirement gathering, design feedback, and result presentations.
  • Identify new service opportunities and collaborate with sales to secure new business.
  • Contribute to advancements in Revenue Performance Management through innovative projects and thought leadership.
  • Offer specialized, expert advice to customers or business partners based on extensive knowledge and experience.
  • Proactively meet customer needs.
  • Seek networking opportunities with partners or customers to identify needs and offer recommendations.
  • Analyze information to understand client challenges or opportunities, propose alternative solutions, and suggest suitable actions.
  • Persuade internal/external stakeholders of the value of an idea, plan, or solution.
     

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience working with HubSpot.
  • English B2+
  • Familiarity with other platforms like Marketo is a plus.
  • Profound understanding of Marketing & Sales processes in mid to large enterprises.
  • Comprehensive expertise in marketing automation processes including lead management, campaign management, and online marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • A metrics-driven approach to marketing.
  • Outstanding client management abilities, robust written and verbal communication skills, and an executive presence.
