Strong Junior Project Manager Offline

Requirements:

— at least 1 year of experience in project management in an IT company;

— advanced English (written and verbal communication proficiency);

— good understanding of methodologies: Agile, Kanban, Scrum;

— experience working with JIRA, Confluence;

— experience in managing the product backlog and writing requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria);

— excellent time management and planning skills;

— problem-solving attitude;

— very good at critical and analytical thinking;

— agility and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. 

Will be a plus: 

— understanding the technical side of the development process;

— PM courses;

— Product Management/BA courses;

— Generative AI experience (e.g., prompt writing course, application of ChatGPT or other AI tools in your routine or past job).

Responsibilities:

— taking full ownership of the team and results;

— leading and directing software development teams to deliver a project(s) within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources;

— managing day-to-day operational activities of an assigned project(s);

— motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging teammates;

— implementing and using best-in-class delivery metrics to reach and maintain the best performance;

— defining the success of a project/product;

— driving roadmap, requirements, and feature delivery for new products;

— gathering the requirements from customers and incorporating them into the product roadmap;

— managing Client expectations, monitoring and increasing CSAT level;

— reporting an assigned project(s) status to stakeholders.
