Creative UI/UX designer Offline

We are seeking smart and creative individuals to join our global team and work on interactive and immersive digital experiences. We're looking for individuals who can think outside the box, designing each interface with users and interactions in mind. They should be able to find compromises between creativity, usability, and performance.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience designing websites and consumer-facing products.

- A design portfolio demonstrating strong visual and UX design skills and creative websites.

- Excellence in typography and composition.

- Strong communication skills to articulate your concepts, vision, and decision-making.

- Being proactive and collaborating closely with the team.

- Have experience in creating 3D websites (you do not need to create 3d models by yourself but you need to understand how 3D websites work as well as work with 3D designer on composition)

- Think about each design element as an interactive element and create design taking into account animations and micro interactions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver innovative end-to-end experiences from concept to production (including defining the product vision, exploring design solutions, prototyping, and supporting implementation).

- You will own the projects you are working on and will be responsible for delivering great design solutions that not only look good but are also perfectly implemented.

- Collaborate closely with Graphic Designers, Motion Designers, 3D designers and Developers to ensure the best visual solutions and user experience.

- Conduct design workshops and stakeholder interviews.

- Conduct research on business and product.
