Project Manager Offline

Who is needed:

We are looking for a Project Manager with over a year of experience in marketing (as a marketer, marketing manager, marketing specialist, PR manager, SMM manager, Brand manager, or Digital marketer). 
What matters are practical skills and involvement in implemented marketing cases.

Characteristics:

- The ability to review a global task and break it down into smaller sub-tasks that will help achieve the goal.

- High speed of work. The project manager will handle multiple projects and directions, requiring quick responses to changes and the ability to match the pace of the team/client.
- Understanding of “client service” and the ability to build communication with the client.
- English level - B2+
- Proficient business-level Ukrainian and Russian - a must-have.
- Structural and logical thinking.

Main Responsibilities:

- Conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss current and future tasks.
- Resolving client issues and responding to their queries.
- Studying the client’s business to understand its unique needs and goals.
- Direct management of the project team.
- Developing project timelines.
- Creating commercial proposals for clients.
- Ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Maintaining communication within the work group and among agency specialists to ensure project unity.
- Planning and budgeting projects.
- Collecting data on project progress and results.
- Creating and presenting detailed reports to clients on completed work and its outcomes.
- Working with Worksection.
- Working with Confluence: updating project data and enriching the Knowledge Base for project teams.
- Monitoring the completion of project tasks.
- Conducting weekly project status meetings.
- Managing project documentation.
- Allocating internal expenses across projects.
- Selecting contractors and overseeing the production of printed materials for projects.
