What You’ll Be Working On:
 

As an Operational Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence within the advertising network. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing detailed operational information for clients across the advertising network.
  • Conducting quality audits and data reconciliation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Enforcing network and advertiser rules, especially in compliance monitoring, payment reconciliation, partnership quality analysis, and more.
  • Identifying patterns through data analysis and providing expertise on tooling and process capabilities

About You — Preferred Requirements for This Role:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • English (at least Upper-Intermediate).
  • Exceptional attention to detail for error identification and analysis.
  • Strong time management and self-organization skills to meet predetermined timeframes.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in accurately interpreting complex documents and online policies.
  • A basic understanding of HTML structure, ecommerce compliance, or invoicing is a plus; however, training will be provided.
