Senior JS Developer (offline)

Project Description:
About the Project:
Extending the Mobile app for a large Automotive company from Germany.
Our team:
The team is a 5 person cross-functional scrum team with a SCRUM master.
Technologies used:
the specific screen will be implemented in HTML5/React

Responsibilities:
• Develop new user-facing features using the React library
• Build reusable, clean code with performance and simplicity in mind
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Because the application is a production user-facing application a 24/7 Pager duty is planned. Fixing issues will not be required immediately but the incident has to be acknowledged quickly. The responsibility will be shared within the team and a bonus will be paid respectively to the timeframe covered by a team member.

Mandatory Skills:
• Strong knowledge of React and React-based frameworks/workflows such as Flux, Redux, and react-router
• Experience of creation native apps for iOS and Android using JavaScript and ReactNative
• Ability to create reusable and higher order React components
• Passing familiarity of advanced React concepts like server-side rendering and immutable data structures.
• Experience with other modern web frameworks including Angular or AngularJS
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript and web technologies including ECMAScript (ES6/7), CSS pre-processors (SASS, Less), JavaScript transpilers (Babel, TypeScript), and JavaScript build tools (WebPack, Browserify, Grunt, Gulp)
• Experience with Node.js and the NPM package ecosystem
• Experience writing unit tests using Karma/Mocha/Jasmine/Protractor or other JavaScript testing frameworks
• Experienced in the full software development lifecycle
• Ability to conduct and participate in peer code reviews
