Our client, a fast-growing Silicon Valley product company, is seeking a Senior Data Researcher/ Lead Generation Specialist to join their dynamic team. Their innovative solution, an active user personalization system for subscription and engagement businesses, currently reaches a staggering 10 million viewers daily.
In this pivotal role, you'll be building prospect lists from the Americas and Western Europe for 4 SDRs who will depend on your data accuracy.
This role is not for an instruction follower, we look for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic person, who can take true ownership of the process of lead generation/list building and can find solutions to complex challenges.
Here's a glimpse into what you'll do:
- Build lists using SalesNavigator, Apollo, and the existing database in Hubspot
- Work with prospects data: validate, enrich, check for duplicates, find gaps and changes
- Administrate HubSpot, ensure data accuracy, lead enrichment, and a streamlined workflow
- Integrate with the CRM using APIs and webhooks – tech-savviness is a must!
- Ensure email deliverability by meticulously managing email outreach and warm up processes
Craft compelling LinkedIn sequences and targeted ads to capture attention
We're looking for a superstar who possesses:
- Creativity and enthusiasm to suggest new ideal customer profiles and buyer personas that may be become a part of target audience for the product
- A proven track record of generating high-quality leads in a B2B environment
- Extensive knowledge of HubSpot – certifications are a plus
- Keen business acumen for understanding pains and challenges of different buyer personas
- Comfort and expertise in utilizing tools for lead generation and AI
- The ability to integrate CRMs with various platforms (API keys, webhooks)
- A meticulous and organized approach with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- The possibility to work until 9:00 PM Kyiv time
