Requirements 👈:

  • Experience working in an IT company with successful IT vacancies filled for at least six months
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Experienced user of Google products: Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, Calendar, etc.
  • Self-management, ability to take responsibility, enthusiasm, and ambition
     

Responsibilities 🤩:

  • Search for developers and freelancers, collect their resumes, and organize information about them in a database
  • Conduct brief screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications and soft skills
  • Closely interact with all departments
  • Organize technical interviews with candidates
  • Fill outsourcing and outstaffing vacancies on time
  • Participate in daily team meetings
  • Maintain communication with our partners, congratulate them on holidays, and inquire about newly available candidates
