Requirements 👈:
- Experience working in an IT company with successful IT vacancies filled for at least six months
- Intermediate level of English
- Experienced user of Google products: Gmail, Google Spreadsheets, Calendar, etc.
- Self-management, ability to take responsibility, enthusiasm, and ambition
Responsibilities 🤩:
- Search for developers and freelancers, collect their resumes, and organize information about them in a database
- Conduct brief screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications and soft skills
- Closely interact with all departments
- Organize technical interviews with candidates
- Fill outsourcing and outstaffing vacancies on time
- Participate in daily team meetings
- Maintain communication with our partners, congratulate them on holidays, and inquire about newly available candidates
