Brand / Graphic designer Offline

Arounda is currently looking for a Brand / Graphic designer.

What you will need to do:

- Building a visual identity;

- Creating illustrations;

- Creation of icons, schemes, layouts of various degrees of complexity;

- Designing marketing materials and content (banners, posts on social networks, etc.);

- Develop presentations;

- Design infographics, schematics, icons, etc;

- Editing and improvement of finished graphic materials;

Required skills:

- 1.5+ years of work experience;
- Shape brand identity including logo, colors, typography, layout, etc.;
- Design illustrations and graphics from the ground up or in a defined artistic style;
- Conduct research to understand market trends, audience preferences, and competitors;
- Create mood boards to explore visual directions and inspire design concepts;
- Knowledge of AI, Figma;
- Design brand communication assets including presentations, banners, social media posts, etc.;
- Orientation in the trends and needs of the digital market;
- The ability to think conceptually, to analyze graphics from the point of view of content and meaning;
- The ability to work in a team and conduct a constructive dialogue;
- Designing case studies for our internal marketing purposes.

Will be a plus:

- Upper-Intermediate and higher English level;
- Understand prepress preparation requirements for print production;

- Desire to become a specialist in creating digital product branding.

- Flexible work schedule from 8:00/12:00 to 16:00/20:00;
