Junior UI/UX Designer Offline

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our friendly team and exciting projects.

Required skills:

- Knowledge of Figma;

- Understanding of design principles;

- Finished design courses, completed several projects

- Ability to create attractive and functional interfaces based on user needs;

- High level of creativity and attention to detail;

- Strong problem-solving skills;

- Responsible attitude towards work and deadlines;

- Fine sense of aesthetics and deep passion for design;

- Intermediate English and good communication skills;

- Strong desire to enjoy the process!

Responsibilities:

- Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of team lead and design team members;

- Use user flow and informational architecture to design concepts;

- Create UI elements for user interface (website, web app, mobile);

- Create prototypes that clearly shows how sites work and look;

- Identify and resolve UX issues;

- Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.

Nice to have skills:

- Desire to develop in the IT field;

- Skills in micro-animations and prototyping in Figma;

- Experience with Notion;

- Ability to present and justify your decisions.
