Lead Generation Manager

European IT recruiting company with over 8 years of experience in the market. Our clients are product IT companies (AdTech, FinTech, GameDev, etc.) in Ukraine, the EU, and the USA.

Due to growth and entry into new markets, we are building a sales department.

 

We are looking for Pre-Sales Managers with the potential to become Sales Managers!

- Successful experience in sales/lead generation, and experience in B2B sales is a big plus;

- Willingness to develop in the IT industry;

- Ability to work in a team and independently;

- Excellent communication skills;

- English level - Upper intermediate ;

 

πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’»πŸ‘©β€πŸ’»Main tasks:

- Analysis and active search for new clients, lead generation in the target markets of the IT industry (Ukraine, Europe, USA);

- Conducting primary communication with clients together with the sales manager, presentation of services, work with objections; 

- Working with CRM (HubSpot) - maintaining a client base;

- Fulfillment of KPIs for appointed meetings with clients;
- Communication with the recruiting team;

- Reporting.
