Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in selling out staffing and recruiting services to the U.S. and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background in the staffing industry, excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), and a track record of successful sales strategies and client management.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell out staffing and recruiting services to clients in the USA and Canada.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in outstaffing and recruiting for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
  • Ability to demonstrate successful negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
