Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with proven experience in selling out staffing and recruiting services to the U.S. and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background in the staffing industry, excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), and a track record of successful sales strategies and client management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively sell out staffing and recruiting services to clients in the USA and Canada.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work with: Clay, Lemlist, SN.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in outstaffing and recruiting for the U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).
- Ability to demonstrate successful negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
