Project manager Offline

We are an international iGaming company that was founded more than 3 years ago by a group of passionate professionals, and today we are 900+ people! We have 10+ proprietary brands that are very popular among customers and are focused on countries of the 1st-3rd tier.

 

Due to our rapid development, we are expanding our team and looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for Increasing efficiency of Live Project activities.

 

 

Main areas of responsibility and duties:

 

  • Analyze and support ongoing projects: assist and perform tasks in the context of supporting and developing ongoing projects
  • Analyze and improve development team efficiency;
  • Task and Deadline Management: Tracking tasks, controlling deadlines and priorities, ensuring timely completion of enhancements and updates.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensuring effective communication between project participants and stakeholders, including clients and internal company departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on the progress of improvements, including analysis of work performed, resources expended and results achieved.
  • Quality Assurance: Interacting with QA specialists to ensure high quality of changes and enhancements made.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining records, organizing meetings and appointments, and other administrative tasks.

 

 

Experience and background requirements

 

  • Technical background is a plus
  • 1 year of PM gambling experience as a priority
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and other project management tools
  • Experience with project management planning tools (Jira roadmaps, ClickUp, etc);
  • Analytical and systematic thinking
  • Ability to achieve results while respecting estimates and quality
  • Knowledge and practical experience of managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems quickly, follow through and take responsibility.
  • Personal organization and multitasking, attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze risks and incorporate them into delivery
  • Strong people management skills
