Project Manager (with 3d visualizer skills) Offline

VisCo CG Company offers a full-time office job as a Project Manager Assistant with strong English. All the communication is held in English. Our ideal candidate will have an experience in Project Management and 3d visualization field. Job experience — over 2 years as a Project Manager or a 3d artist.

What will you do?

• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project organization to ensure high quality delivery;
• Projects QA, checking for compliance with customer requirements;
• Collaborate with a Team Lead;
• Build trusted relationships with all project stakeholders, managing their expectations to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Conduct 1:1 meeting, salary reviews, involvement in interviews;
• Maintain a friendly environment within the team: promoting teamwork and collaboration;
• Create and maintaining project management documentation;
• Participate in Pre-sales and Discovery stages;
• Engage in creation internal policies, company processes improvement;
• Help the team with the modeling or visualization from time to time.

What do we expect?

Experience:

• 2-4 years of Project Management or visualization experience
• Planning, organizing, and managing all phases of a project lifecycle from initiation to delivery for new and existing projects;
• Managing teams of 7+ people.

Communication:

• Professional communication in English;
• Good business written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent negotiator and conflict solver;

Soft Skills:

• Excellent people management and staffing experience;
• Ability to build a long-term relationship with the team members and create a healthy
• work environment;
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills;

Tech Skills:

• Practical experience in Agile methodology;
• Experience applying various estimation techniques;

Will be a huge plus:

• Experience in 3d visualization;
