Requirements:
 

• Understanding of the Affiliate Marketing field and having a good reputation;
• Understanding the potential reasons for the failure and success of the Media Portals; 
• Knowledge of all traffic sources and the intricacies of working with them;
• Ability to write clear technical specifications;
• Top negotiation skills;
• Management of a team of at least 10 people;
• Ability to develop clear KPIs;
• Experience in the Head of Affiliate/Marketing or C-level role from 1 year;
• Experience in building an affiliate network will be a plus;
• Previous experience in monetization of marketing projects;
• Previous experience as a Product or Business owner.

Responsibilities:
 

• Develop a marketing strategy and do budget planning;
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation;
• Developing strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential;
• Manage and perform reporting;

• Organize and plan profitable events;
• Development and implementation of strategies and approaches for improving the efficiency of working with partners;
