Delivery Manager at service provider platform for crypto projects

Requires a skilled Delivery Manager, helping to organize and manage the development process for the various customers.

What You'll Do:

- Communicate with the customer and engineering teams to plan and manage the execution of various projects.

- Manage all the updates during the agile execution process, providing corresponding information about project status, deadlines, and more to the customer and engineering team.

- Keep close with engineering teams and help them understand, develop, test and deliver promised project features, while keeping everyone in the loop.

- Build optimal project delivery process.

- Get involved in the strategic communications with company clients.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of project management experience in a tech startup, Web3 experience as a plus.

- Advanced English (as main communication language)

- Understand software development workflows.

- Good at solving problems and paying attention to details.

- Can handle a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and stick to tight deadlines.

- Great at working with a team and talking to people.

- Know a lot about blockchain and the crypto market or experience in the crypto industry, as a plus.
