Operations manager/ Junior Product manager Offline

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop the Supply direction

Analyze data to enhance operational efficiency

- Generate hypotheses for operational improvements

- Oversee operational processes (conduct mailings, respond to therapist inquiries, identify deviations in Supply operations)

Requirements:

- Proficient in English (B2-C1) – necessary for emails/interviews with therapists

- Advanced Excel skills (able to build complex formulas, work with large datasets)

- Analytical mindset (capable of identifying data relationships, understanding data, seeking correlations)

- Background in psychology, therapy, or experience as an operations manager in Supply is a plus

- Familiarity with SendPulse is advantageous

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication skills (essential for interviews)

- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly

- Independence and autonomy (capable of making decisions within their area of responsibility and managing their time)

- Accountability (able to take responsibility for their work scope without additional supervision)

- Initiative (capable of independently generating hypotheses for streamlining/improving their work)
