Project manager

We are a dynamic IT company working in outsourcing and outstaffing, and we are looking for motivated Project Manager to join our team!

Our projects are rapidly growing, and we need a person who can effectively manage the team, coordinate workflows, and has the desire to grow with us. This role also offers the opportunity to work with our clients on outsourcing projects in the future and expand together with the company.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the IT field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or others).
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and organize a team.
• A high level of English proficiency is a must!
• Results-oriented with the ability to make quick decisions in dynamic conditions.
• Analytical thinking and adaptability to changes.
