Salesforce Administrator / Analyst Offline

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator & Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the Salesforce platform for our organisation.

 

Requirements:

Over 3 years of demonstrated expertise as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role.

Robust proficiency in Salesforce CRM functionalities encompassing standard objects, custom objects, workflow rules, validation rules, and user management.

Sound familiarity with data management principles and optimal practices, encompassing data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization to uphold data accuracy.

Familiarity with Sales and Marketing Automation tools - a Must. (Hubspot a great advantage).

Experience in creating and managing Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows to support sales and marketing operations.

Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and CRM software.

Fluent English proficiency, demonstrated through impeccable written and verbal communication abilities, is imperative.

Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational prowess, showcasing adeptness in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and executing changes efficiently.

Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.

 

Responsibilities:

Administer and uphold the Salesforce platform, encompassing tasks such as user management, profile and permission set configuration, security settings, and data management.

Customize and configure Salesforce to support the specific needs of sales and marketing teams, including creating custom fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of Salesforce data, ensuring unwavering accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

Develop and sustain Salesforce reports and dashboards to furnish actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and implement changes accordingly.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, configuration, and data.
