Senior Unity Game Engineer Offline
Required Skills:
- Unity and C# - minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience of working on isometric grid combat strategy game like Final -Fantasy Tactics is a must (Familiarity with isometric game development)
- Experience of working with an animal collection system like Pokemon is nice to have
- Experience with game AI development and pathfinding algorithms
- Proficiency in implementing turn-based strategy mechanics
- Skilled in developing and integrating complex game UIs
- Understanding of asset integration and management within Unity
- Passion for strategy games and knowledge of turn-based grid combat systems
- Upper Intermediate or higher English level.
Responsibilities:
- Develop turn-based combat mechanics and game systems
- Optimize and expand the existing game prototype
- Integrate new and existing art assets, including isometric tilesets and character sheets
- Design and implement additional game UI elements and ensure their functionality
- Collaborate with an artist to refine game aesthetics and user experience
- Manage final testing and debugging to ensure game stability and performance
- Guide the project towards completion and readiness for deployment

The project involves completing a turn-based isometric grid combat game inspired by "Final Fantasy Tactics", integrating elements of animal collection reminiscent of "Pokemon". The candidate will lead the final stages of development, ensuring the integration of nearly complete game assets and the completion of a critical, user-friendly UI.
