Data Scientist/Engineer with AWS Clouds

Summary

The innovative well-being platform, which develops customized automated robotic solutions for mitigating daily stress and enhancing sleep quality, is looking for a Data Engineer to build from scratch the system that will aggregate data. The activity includes all design elements: mechanics, electronics, real-time embedded systems, software, and algorithms. We are currently developing software for the intersection of medical technology, data engineering, and applicability and integrating third-party sensors into our devices.

About Product

Holistic services provide advanced physical/meditative experience from tailor-made automated robotic solutions to generate mental, and body pleasant sensation experiences relieve ordinary stress, and contribute to cell regeneration to enhance the quality of sleep.

System architecture at the current stage (beta) can be described as follows:

- Local Device (Raspberry Pi or similar) integrated into a sleeping place;
- Patient sessions during sleep;
- Signal processing from external sensors;
- Local processing & storage;
- Sync/transmit to the cloud storage;
- Cloud Data Analytics and Storage (AWS);
- Data lake/warehouse infrastructure;
- Data Science models, analyses, and prediction algorithms;
- Proprietary data analytic methods and forecasting algorithms;
- Industry-wide BI tools for dashboards, charting, and data visualization, like MS Power BI;
- Doctor/User Profile (Web);
- Doctor/Patient profile;
- Access to all data sessions from the cloud;
- Recommendations.

Requirements:

- AWS Cloud services for Data Science and Data engineering needs;
- AWS Databases, AWS Redshift, MongoDB;
- Background in signal processing and the medical industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Software development for data collection and integration into the cloud;
- Building from scratch a platform for data science on the cloud; web applications.
